Fast check-in, friendly front staff, comfortable bed, appropriate temperature control, nice shower and bath products, beautiful infinity pool overlooking a park.

The check-in process was quick and the front staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable with great temperature control and well-designed shower and bath products. The infinity pool was the highlight of the hotel, offering a serene view overlooking the park and a beautiful heart-shaped design.
The breakfast buffet was mostly Chinese options, but the a la carte menu provided additional choices. The swim cap rule at the pool seemed unnecessary and made it difficult to exercise.

We loved the fast check-in process and the friendly English-speaking front staff. Our 5-star room was great with comfortable beds, appropriate temperature, and amazing shower products. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the beautiful infinity pool with a heart-like shape that overlooks a park. The pool was best experienced between 12 pm to 2 pm when no one else was around.
Noisy surroundings spoiled the peace and calm of the hotel.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was a great experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. Our room was of great quality, and we loved the comfortable bed and the bath products. the highlight of the stay was the beautiful infinity pool, which had a breathtaking view of a park. We enjoyed the pool the most when there weren't many people around during noon. we loved the delicious Chinese food that was offered on the buffet.
There were a few minor things that could be improved upon, such as the pool's silly rule of wearing a swim cap. the breakfast buffet had mostly Chinese food, which might not be suitable for Westerners.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt a sensation of luxury. the service was sublime, from the moment I arrived at the reception the staff was friendly and hospitable. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and met all my needs. the sun terrace and pool area were particularly inviting and relaxing. the pool had a shallow end, making it especially suitable for non-swimmers or those who wanted to chill in the water.
Although this hotel isn't faultless, it was minor; the outdoor swimming pool has a crazy swim cap rule for swimmers which I suggest skipping.
